These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of You2Off, a time-off and leave management application. By registering or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the service

You2Off is provided for managing leave requests, balances, and approvals within your organisation. You must use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with your employer's or organisation's policies. You may not misuse the service (e.g. attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with other users, or submitting false information).

2. Account and accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. The information you provide (e.g. name, email, leave requests) must be accurate. Administrators may correct or remove data as needed to run the service.

3. Roles and permissions

Access to features (e.g. approving leave, viewing reports, managing users) depends on your role (employee, manager, or administrator). You may only use those features that you are authorised to use.

4. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

5. Limitation of liability

You2Off is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted under applicable law.
